Terms and Conditions of 542bet — Rules and Guidelines

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Bettor") and the 542bet, operator of the platform available at 542bet.best. By accessing, registering, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that:

• Has full legal capacity under Brazilian law (is over 18 years of age);
• Have read and fully understood these Terms and Conditions;
• Agrees to comply with all the rules described herein;
• Are not prohibited by law from participating in online betting activities in your place of residence;
• The information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, and up to date.

The 542bet reserves the right to deny access or close accounts of users who do not meet these requirements, at any time and without prior notice, as described in Clause 9 of these Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account at 542bet, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of or be located in Brazil at the time of using the platform;
• Hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil;
• Not be an employee, service provider, immediate family member, or business partner of the 542bet;
• Not have had a previous account closed due to a violation of these Terms.

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on the platform, linked to their CPF. Duplicate accounts or accounts created with false information will be closed immediately, and available balances — including deposits, winnings, and bonuses — may be cancelled without the right to restitution, at the discretion of the 542bet, unless otherwise required by law.

Registration requires: full legal name as it appears on a government-issued ID (RG or CNH), CPF, date of birth, a valid email address, and a mobile phone number. The 542bet may request additional documents for identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension.

3 Account and Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — secure. The 542bet will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately at suporte@542bet.best.

All bets, transactions, and actions carried out using your credentials are your responsibility, unless you have notified the 542bet about the account being compromised before the disputed action took place.

The 542bet strongly recommends:

• Use a unique, strong password — a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols;
• Never share your credentials with third parties;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when available;
• Access the platform only from personal devices and trusted networks;
• Log out at the end of each session on shared devices.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 542bet are conducted exclusively in BRL (R$), Brazil's official currency. Accepted payment methods include:

• Pix (CPF key, email, phone number, or random key);
• Boleto bancário (processing time of up to 3 business days);
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Elo);
• PicPay and Mercado Pago;
• TED transfer from banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. Pix deposits are credited to your balance in under two minutes. There are no additional fees on deposits. The maximum deposit limit varies by payment method and may be higher for members of the VIP Program.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 20.00. Pix withdrawals for standard accounts are processed within 15 minutes in most cases. The 542bet may request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering policies.

The 542bet is not responsible for delays caused by technical failures in banking systems or the infrastructure of Brazil's Central Bank (BACEN). In exceptional cases, processing times may be extended. No fees are charged by the 542bet regarding withdrawals.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

The 542bet offers a range of promotions to its users, including a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The general conditions applicable to all bonuses are:

• Each bonus is eligible only once per user (per CPF, IP address, and device);
• The welcome bonus has a 20× rollover requirement on the bonus amount received;
• The rollover must be completed within 7 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Bets on low-risk markets (odds below 1.50 in Sports Betting) may not count toward the rollover;
• Any bonus not withdrawn by the end of the validity period will be automatically cancelled with no right to appeal;
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from the bonus, once the rollover requirement has been met;
• A 542bet reserves the right to cancel promotions or adjust their conditions with 48 hours' notice.

Specific promotions — such as VIP Program cashback, free spins, or reload bonuses — have their own conditions described on their respective detail pages. In the event of a conflict between the specific conditions of a promotion and these Terms, the promotion's specific conditions shall prevail.

6 Sports Betting

Sports Betting at the 542bet cover sports such as football (Brasileirão Série A and Série B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, Premier League, Champions League), volleyball, basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA and UFC, e-sports (CBLOL, CS2, Valorant), and more. The general rules that apply are:

• Bets are accepted before the event starts and, where available, during the event (live betting);
• Odds are displayed in decimal format and may change at any time before a bet is confirmed;
• A bet is considered confirmed once validated by the system, with a receipt generated in the account history;
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, bets are refunded to the user's balance (void bet);
• In the event of an odds publication error (clearly incorrect odd), the 542bet reserves the right to void the bet and refund the staked amount;
• Accumulator bets with one or more voided selections will have the odds of the voided selection replaced by 1.00;
• The minimum bet amount is R$ 1.00 and the maximum varies by market and event.

In the event of a dispute over a bet outcome, the official result published by the event's organizing body is the determining factor. The 542bet uses certified sports data sources to confirm results.

7 Casino Games — Slots, Crash Games and Live Casino

The casino games available on the 542bet — including slots, crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines), and live casino — are developed by third-party providers licensed in regulated jurisdictions. The outcomes of all games are generated by an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by independent testing laboratories.

The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is published in the game's information panel and represents the expected return calculated over millions of rounds — not a guaranteed return for any individual session. 8 User Conduct

• Provide false documents or incorrect information during registration or verification processes;
• Use automated mechanisms (bots, scripts) to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Attempt to exploit technical glitches or odds errors for personal gain;
• Engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financing of illegal activities;
• Share account access with third parties or use the account on someone else's behalf;
• Place bets in a systematic and coordinated manner to circumvent bonus rollover requirements;
• Use the platform for purposes other than personal entertainment, such as organized professional betting without authorization.

The 542bet uses suspicious activity monitoring systems and may request an explanation from the user before taking any action. Where applicable, the user will be given a reasonable period to respond before any permanent account closure.

9 Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 542bet. Following voluntary closure, any available balances (with no pending rollover) will be returned via Pix within up to 5 business days.

The 542bet may suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Reasonable grounds for suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the established deadline;
• At the user's own request (voluntary self-exclusion);
• Legal or court order;
• Extended inactivity (account with no access for more than 24 consecutive months).

In cases of closure due to a breach of the Terms, the 542bet may hold the account balance during the investigation period. If the violation is confirmed, the funds may be cancelled. If the investigation does not confirm the violation, the balance will be returned to the user.

10 Responsible Gambling

The 542bet is committed to responsible gambling and provides all users with the following tools free of charge, accessible directly in the account settings:

• Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit: set the maximum amount you can deposit within a given period;
• Loss limit: set a maximum amount you are willing to lose per session or per period;
• Session limit: set a maximum playing time per session;
• Temporary self-exclusion: account block for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanent account closure with no possibility of re-registration.

13 Limitation of Liability

The 542bet strives to keep the platform available and fully operational 24 hours a day, but does not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Outages for maintenance, updates, or force majeure events may occur. The 542bet is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets — all betting decisions are the sole responsibility of the user;
• Internet or device connection failures on the user's end that affect an ongoing bet;
• Transaction delays caused by failures in external banking systems;
• Content from third-party websites accessed through any links on the platform;
• Indirect damages, loss of profits, or moral damages not directly resulting from a platform failure.

The maximum liability of the 542bet to the user, under any circumstances, is limited to the amount of the available balance in the user's account at the time the damage occurred, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code and applicable law.

14 Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The 542bet may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users by email and/or in-platform notification at least 15 days in advance, except in cases of legal or regulatory urgency requiring immediate implementation.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be settled in the court of the user's place of residence in Brazil, in accordance with Article 101, Section I, of the Consumer Protection Code.

By accepting these Terms, you and 542bet agree to first seek an amicable resolution to any dispute before resorting to legal proceedings. For consumer-related matters, users may also file a complaint with their state's consumer protection agency, such as Procon.
